A strategy that included a streamlined organization system and user-friendly interface to enhance projects management and visual aspects of the apps that I developed.
Challenge
Our company was experiencing difficulties in managing our various apps and providing a user-friendly system for clients to administrate their own apps. We needed to find a way to streamline our app management process and provide clients with a better user experience.
Strategy
Conduct research and gather feedback from both our internal team and clients to identify pain points and needs. From there, I developed a user flow that addressed these pain points and allowed for easy app management. I also designed a user interface that was intuitive and user-friendly, with the goal of providing a positive user experience.
Results
The solution I proposed was an organization system that integrated all of our apps into one dashboard. This dashboard allowed clients to easily access and manage their apps in one place, without the need for multiple logins or confusing navigation.
The user interface was designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, with clear calls to action and easy-to-understand menus. I also incorporated a help section with step-by-step instructions to further improve the user experience.
To ensure that the solution was effective, I conducted usability testing and gathered feedback from clients. Based on their feedback, I made necessary adjustments and improvements to the user interface and functionality.
Atomic Design
I used a system by molecules and atoms to ensure the versatility of the system. This allowed me to think about little details to see the big picture.
Color
Color as a functionality tool, using main, contrast and surface colors. Allowing to adapt this system to all projects.
Adaptability
Adaptability as a design element. Allowing the pieces to mutate and combine for any type of requirement.
